Products purchased through this website can be returned or exchanged. The products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. However, there will be no return & exchange accepted from the cub collection.
Complaints about the delivery of damaged goods/products, or the customer's willingness to return the product, must be communicated to Tiger Marrón via email or phone within two days of receipt. Once the Tiger Marrón team receives the product, they will conduct a quality control inspection and then either replace the damaged goods or issue a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned products.
