Cancellations

After an order is placed, the same may be cancelled by the customer provided the product has not been processed for development ( production) or has been shipped / put out for delivery. Cancellation after product development or dispatch of the products for delivery is not possible.

Upon cancellation, the price paid will be refunded after deducting processing charge of 2% of the value of the product. For more information please read our return and exchange policy.
