"Returns / Exchanges

 

Products purchased through this website can be returned or exchanged. The products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. 

Complaints about the delivery of damaged goods/products, or the customer's willingness to return the product, must be communicated to Tiger Marrón via email or phone within two days of receipt. Once the Tiger Marrón team receives the product, they will conduct a quality control inspection and then either replace the damaged goods or issue a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned products.


Tiger Marrón will not accept returns for personalised, customised / bespoke products, and will not refund the product value.

If a return is initiated within two days of delivery because of any product quality issue attributed to Tiger Marrón, the customer will receive store credit / refund for the value of the product.
If a return is initiated within two days of delivery, for quality reasons not attributable to Tiger Marron the customer will receive store credit / refund for the value of the product after deducting a cancellation fee of 2% of the product cost. 


If a return is initiated after two days and within 7 days of delivery, the customer will receive the product's value as store credit after deducting a cancellation fee of 10% of the product's cost.

Any Return is not accepted post 7 days of delivery.

Incase of store credit, the customer can use the credit within three months.

If the product is damaged as a result of the customer's use, Tiger Marrón may repair the product if repairs are possible. The customer must notify Tiger Marrón within six months of purchase date. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping such a product and for the associated repairs costs. Tiger Marrón will bear the after-repair shipping costs.
